"What’s with the bohemian and the baby designs?”

One of my closest friends was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She is a vibrant, loving, wild, giving and faithful 32 yr old who also happens to be a mother to a beautiful little girl. No one should have to fight ovarian cancer once, and this is her second battle with this awful disease.

While planning a girls birthday brunch to lift her spirits, I tried to locate some t-shirts we could wear to show her our love & support. I wasn’t able to find any stylish options so I decided to make my own, and thus #thebigctee was born. I loved our designs so much I thought they would be a great way to start a fundraiser campaign for her cancer treatment costs.

"When will my order ship?"

We place bulk orders once a month in order to maximize profits. All orders placed between the 1-31^st of the month will be shipped out approximately the 3^rd week of the following month. This means our turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks. If you have a large order and need your shirts faster, please let me know and we can figure it out. Shipping is FREE.

"What is the bohemian and the baby refund policy?"

I believe in exceptional customer service, however, since this is for charity we do not offer refunds/returns at this time. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will do my best to resolve your issue. 

"Does the bohemian and the baby offer custom orders?”
Yes as long as you have a bulk order of  10+ for the style you would like created.  

"How much of the proceeds actually go toward your friends cancer treatment?”
All profits from the bohemian and the baby #thebigctee go directly to my friend. We are extremely transparent about the breakdown. This amount is determined by the sales price minus costs (website, material, printing & shipping).  Please let me know if you have any questions or if you have ideas on how to minimize any of the costs in order to maximize profits.
